Featured listings renew every month until you cancel. To cancel, sign in and open Get featured, then choose Cancel listing. You can also email support@tablematescommunity.com. Cancelling stops all future charges right away.
Your listing stays featured until the end of the monthly period you already paid for, then it’s removed automatically.
Monthly payments are non-refundable, and we don’t give partial refunds for unused days. Exceptions: if you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or we removed your listing without a violation on your part, email support@tablematescommunity.com within 30 days and we’ll refund you. This doesn’t affect any refund rights you have under the law.
